Will RS America Sport Seats (1993) bolt directly into a 1985 3.2l?
Has anyone tried this?
I want to add support and headroom by replacing my original power seats.

Yes.
Direct bolt in. Headroom in a Porsche 911 is limited, RSA Sport Seats do not gain additional headroom. Even in the complete down position. 85’s have power driver and passenger seats. It’s the same electrical plug to wire them. Nice upgrade for your car!!! Thank you, Jason |

I have a set of RSA seats in my '79 SC. The headroom comment is very true. With factory seats in I sit very close to the roof. With the RSA seats I am even closer but I do have room with a helmet on the track. I am a big guy and sit high as well so I think if I fit most will. Also they are a very nice addition for the track. Fabric holds where leather does not.
