Front Turn Signal Lens Sizes?
 

Should the front turn signal lenses on a '71 911 be smaller in size than those on a '73 911? I've got old clear lenses on my '71. I think they are the Euro lenses. Tried replacing them with a pair of '73 lenses, but the '73 lenses bow out a bit where the sharpest part of the curve is. I compared the two and it appears the clear lens is about a half inch shorter. But the screw holes still line up fine with the '73 lens.
