Possible Cold Solder Problem?

Yesterday, I pulled the Porsche out of the garage and let it run on the driveway a couple minutes before turning it off. About one hour later, I attempted to start it. It tried to turn over but would not fire. This happened twice. I let it sit for thirty seconds and it fired right up. This happened on one other occasion 10 months ago.

Is this indicative of the start of a cold solder problem in the DME? I already carry a spare DME relay, but is there something else I should prepare myself with to ensure I don't get stranded? I understand from searching the forum that opening the DME is not a great idea unless you know that is where the problem lies. Do people carry soldering tools with them?

I know a trick that will tell you something. Take the brain and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or so, you know like it was outside in the great north for overnight and then try to start the car. If it starts right away, you either have a component that is starting to fail from heat or you have a cold solder joint that is expanding and breaking the joint. A magnifying glass will find it and a soldering iron will cure it.
