How do you remove old sunroof seals?
Bought new seals from our host. How do I get the old ones off without tearing the paint off the roof?

Get some adhesive remover at the auto parts store, soak them and they will peel off with minimal effort. You can then use the adhesive remover to get all the old glue off so that you have a clean surface for the new seals.
I used 3M and it worked very well.
