If that is the same company that is, aka CSP, here in California, they are are a great outfit, and if you are having a problem (from which your post seems to imply), you may wish to call them directly. Will is a solid supporter of the P car community and can help with whatever may be at issue. You may wish to post your question on the 912 registry board also.

Will's a nice guy, and nice of him to put the kit together.
I haven't tried to install the kit. It seems simple enough insofar as you are replicating what the factory did in '68 with factory parts. The only exception is the reservoir: he includes a tee fitting so you can run a single line from the reservoir in the smuggler's box to the dual inlets for the later master cylinder. Of course the factory reservoir in 1968 was mounted up on the shock tower. Also, I believe the operating rod needs to be modified slightly, I don't remember. I will be performing this modification on my '66 but not for a LONG while as the body is still being done. . .

OK, I think I have it sorted out now.
First, Thanks to William for putting the kit together and for some help along the way. Second, like all kits it ain't a simple bolt on. For some reason when the piston push rod was cut to 3.5 inches as instructed it was too short . Or so it seemed. More than 1 mm play at the pedal and not a lot of threads left to adjust it. Machined another put in new pads and it seemed fine until the brakes warmed up and suddenly I was stranded on the side of the road (just barely made it ) with seized brakes. Screwed in the rod and was able to continue. Not sure if the original at 3.5 would work after all but after bleeding the brakes 3 times I am happy to leave well enough alone. One other note; The plastic " Y " splitter - shattered when the hoses were being pushed in. Cheap plastic . Replaced with a brass one. Also; In my desperate attempts to eliminate all the air from the system I realized that there are 2 bleeder valves , one on each half of the rear calipers. Never noticed that and didn't come across it in the owners manual or 100 projects. I got air out of both halves and both sides and that seemed to solve it. Are my rear calipers "special" ? Is it overkill to bleed both sides [of the calipers] under normal conditions ? John
