Clean behind headlight lenses
I just posted about hella 118's but I also want to get behind my headlight lenses because they are filthy. I found another thread about this but it was unclear (made it sounds like it was very involved). Is it possible to just get the lens off to clean it and the inside of the housing or is there alot of dissasembly required? I have H-4's. Thanks.

No easy way to do it on H4's. You'll have to remove and disassemble on a workbench or your sofa. There's 3-4 wire retainers that hold the lens to the assembly, the only way to access them is from behind after it's removed.
