Help Identifying Shifter in 915
 
Does anyone recognize the shifter I have for my 915? Does that thick plate mean I have a shortshift kit?

It's a Weltmeister short shift kit for your 915. You also have a one-off, 901-type shifter used only in '72. Thereafter ('73-'86), PAG used a different shift housing for the 915 gearbox.
