fuel pump

I have the cis system on my car, I was wondering if I could upgrade the fuel pump in my car to something else.

What type should I get, or should I?

Has anyone else upgraded their fuel pumps?

fuel pump

Napa sells a pump pump that is a perfect $120.00 replacement for the $650.00 cis pump.

I replaced the pump in my 1977 S tub with a Bosch 044 motorsport fuel pump as a safety measure because the 930 motor might need more fuel now it's tweaked...

The 044 pump cost $199, and is one of the highest spec pumps Bosch make, apparently is conseratively rated, and out-flows and out-performs pumps from other manufactureres that are supposed to be comparable.

Standard fitment on Cosworths and widely used on big HP motors and WRC cars.

Bosch have a universal fuel pump program, hardest thing might be finding your original pump #, but this might help:
