Thats a splitter I made out of plywood to add more front end stability in high speeds. It is a bit lower that the stock front spoiler and come about 5-7cm forward. It just cleares the finnish speedbumps.

Some "making of" pictures:

It is covered with carbon foil, to give more "ricer" look In the end its quite subtle and dont stand out so badly.

My SC has a modified RUF CTR rear bumper that has the bellows put back on, so it's kind of RUF/IB hybrid. I might be a minority, but I like the bellows - particularly the symmetry of having them front and rear.

Looking good Lewis.

My mods to the rear bumper don't extend too much more than making a couple of dirty great holes for the exhaust tips to poke through.

Surprisingly it still hasn't caught fire, yet, which is nice.

Northy, nice car! love the rear bumper. The slots look like they exhaust the air from the rear. That may eliminate some rear lift. Good design.

I got a lot of good ideas off of this thread and forum. I am currently in the process of of a full re-do on my 76s, and wanted to bring the bumpers in some. We replaced the bumper shocks with impact tubes, cut an inch out of each, and used a series of different washer/grommet combinations (Lowes) to get the desired length. All in the front bumper is now 1" closer to the body, the rear 3/4". Trimming the front bumper to get all the pieces to fit was the tricky part. Here are some pics of the work and build thread (in progress).

If interested in clear front running/turn lights see Aase (New) 911/912/930 Clear Front Turn Signal Lens - 1974-89 | Aase Sales Porsche Parts Center

Another option is automotion with their combo side and front clear lenses.

In an effort to remove heat from the area around the turbo and muffler I vented my iroc bumper.

And to get more air to my twin fender coolers up front I made the holes bigger as well.

This is very cool. Do you intend to keep it brushed aluminum?

Thanks - much appreciated. Definitely used several members posts as technical reference such as pdawger and jamorski. As for keeping the brushed aluminum, I was originally just going to paint it GP white to match, with the brushed aluminum look as a fun temp solution, but I like it more and more every time I see it. It's really grown on me and makes my car a bit more unique.
