clutch helper spring broke
On my 82 sc the omega helper spring[clutch] broke i see there no longer available any suggestions? do i need this piece?

I would call PP and see if the older helper spring would work. They sure look the same in the pictures.

this probably doesn't help you, but the clutch return spring broke on my old '74 and i drove it for 5 years without ever replacing it. i'm guessing the big omega does a bit more that you need from it though.

The clutch omega/helper spring broke on my 80 SC a couple of years ago > and I'm still driving it with broken spring.. no overt/readily noticeable ill-effects... I will replace it .. when I get around to it
