83 cab motor mount question...

I just found the answer to part of my question - (why does my motor mount have a small shock on it?). Now I am trying to figure out if there is a specific torque value on it - mine is way loose. It seemed to me like I had been getting too much flex in my engine - you could feel it during start up. Could this little shock being loose actually cause that or am I looking at new motor mounts more than likely. I left my Bentley at home - I am sure it is in there somewhere! Thanks.

Just looked ion my Bentley and found no torque for this particular part of the mount. Maybe there is not harm in "tight"?
