Angry Know of a more powerful leather cleaner?

I've tried Lexol, but it doesn't get rid of the black scuff marks left by the rubbing of the seat belts. Does anyone know of a product that's stronger but just as safe?

I use Simple Green for scuff marks, followed by Lexol leather conditioner...

Try Leatherique's two-part process, which uses their Prestine Clean and Rejuvinator Oil. I've had very good results.

Go to an upholstery shop and have them dye the scuff marks. That's what I did and I couldn't notice where the repair was made. Sorry I didn't take before and after pics.

As stated before www.leatherique.com is the absolute best product in the world.

I also use Simple Green to take care of very dirty leather, followed by rejuvenator oil then Pristine clean. I like to buy the stuff from tom at www. buymbparts.com. Tell them your are part of the mercedes club for big discounts.

If you just cant get the marks out, you will have to re-dye it.

Another excellent and inexpensive cleaner is plain Woolite mixed with water at a 1:6 ratio in a spray bottle. It's pH balanced so it helps soften the leather. Just spray it on and use a soft bristle brush to remove the marks.
