Window rubbers on 1983 911 SC???

I need to change the window rubbers on both driver and passenger doors as they have shrunk and as such let water into the doors fairly easily.
I have the new rubbers but I am not sure how to remove the metal strips that hold the rubbers in place?
Someone out there must know??
Please give me a hint, it's probably really easy one you know how, but it's not that easy when you don't!!!!
.
Cheers

If your talking about the rubber piece that lays on the outside of the window and right against the window, just pry it up. Take care not to scratch the paint, I used a butter knife with tape around the tip.

Work you fingernails under the edge starting at the back and pull it up gently. If that doesn't work, use a wide thin putty knife with a thin rag wrapped around it so you don't scratch the paint. Start at one end and work your way down. There are about 7 clips that pull out with the trim.

That Black metal strip will pry up. It is held on with small spring steel clips that snap into holes in the top of the door.
Use a thin putty knife rapped with electrical tape so you don't scratch your paint.
Work it up slowly from one end to the other. The rubber piece slides into a slot on the edge of the metal trim.
Use some silicone spray and it will slide in easier.

I guess in type to slow.................
