We always talk about oil coolers but, what about some how getting more air around the cylinders? My work has brought me up-close to some wicked air-cooled diesels. Although they were stationary, turning irrigation pumps, they were German made ant the included intercooled turbos. Beside the fan similar to ours, It relied on the ambient temp. Could a case have been made directing more air to the motor?
