Both Power windows just stopped working, checked fuse, etc, what now?
 

I somehow knew right before I went to hit the down switch that it wouldnt work, and I was right.

Windows went up and down a few times today, and now up they wont go back down.

I have been doing a lot of searching of the archives, and it seems that most people just have one window not work.

I checked the fuse, swapped relays etc.

Fuse #1 is not getting 12volts on either side, is this normal? I took the wire from fuse #2 and put it in fuse #1, so that now its getting 12 volts to each side, but still no workey on the windows. What should I check next?

Okay, to continue down the trouble shooting path, I took a wire from Fuse #3 and plugged it into fuse number 1 so that the test light would light up when I touched it to both sides of fuse #1 (before fuse 1 and fuse 2 would not light up).....but it still didnt work.

Should fuse 1 or 2 light up with a test lamp?

I tried swapping the relays around too.

Uggggggg, 3 days into the car and already dealing with (fun) issues
