help looking at a car in MD

I've put a deposit down on a car in MD zip 20777 and would like somebody to look at the car for me and give me an idea of the condition of it, the engine is not working but the car is supposed to be a solid car. anybody out there willing to help? Are you looking at the 1990 C2, 125K miles, $14K?. I have not seen it in person and thinking about checking the car out myself.
