Longacre Hot Lap Cable Pin-Out

Anyone know the cable pin out between the receiver and display? I had a longer cable made and I thought I had them properly flip the wires but it doesn't work.

Sounds like they flipped the end connector wrong. The instructions contain the following paragraph: "Before buying a cable, hold the two connectors side by side with the plastic clip towards you. Look at the color of the wires. The color sequence must be the same on both ends. For example: black-red-green-white. If the colors are reversed from one end to the other, reject the cable. The system will not work with reversed wires. It will short the 9v battery and the display will show 5 second lap times."
