Key Codes

I have a new master and valet key blank which I would like to have as spares, as well as the two key codes. What I don't have is the information on which code is master and which is valet between the HC & NC code.

Is anyone familiar with the codes that would know which code goes with key?

The one with the most cuts is the master.

Does the HC code go with the master key, or is it the NC code?
