Which fan belt wrench?

I know there are two different wrenches used to install the fan belt. While my car is a 1979, the fan was upgraded from the smaller early SC unit and I don't know what year the current fan is from. How can I tell which I need and where is a good source for a reasonably priced used one?

Thanks,

Rich

Second question first, check the parts section of our host's site.

First question, I'll just guess based on my limited knowledge. If your car has a smog pump and two pullys on the fan hub, the wrench has longer "tines" (for lack of a better term). I think the wrench spacing of the tines is the same throughout the years, but I could be wrong. The short tine wrench may not reach into the holes of a double pully hub.
Experts will answer soon.

Look at the outside of the pully. If there are two slots 180 degrees from each other, you need the standard Carrera wrench.
