Alternator wire issue on an 83 SC
 

Hello all,

Thanks for your help!!!

I have an 83 SC that I have changed out the alternator and ended up having a wire left over.....yes I know I should have documented....but I swear it wasnt there when I started!!!
It is, I believe, a grounding wire for it is attached to the engine block, my question is where does it attach to the alternator?

it attaches to the closest available perimeter stud that protrudes thru the fiberglass finned cover.
