Help me identify this fuel filter

It is a bosch canister type similar to the one that was on my SC. It doesn't have the same fittings that were on my car.

It has part # 0 450 905 079 on it. Made in Spain.

Also, it has 389.23.2.04.2 at the top.

Please help.

If anyone wants it, pay for shipping.

Well, it looks like a CIS filter. If I knew what models exactly it went to, then I could give it to someone who could use it. It is just taking up space for me.

Found this on another forum. Perhaps it might help:

I have a '79 911 SC. Recently went on to Pelican to buy a new fuel filter...based on what I read & a 'quick' glance at my current filter, I ordered the following

Part # 930-110-076-00-M14
Description: (Bosch 0 450 905 021) 911 (1978-80)- key for me was I have a '79
Part # Printed on the new filter is 0 450 905 079.

When going to remove the old filter 'a longer glance' I noticed the part numbers (printed on the filters) were different and that the arrows on the new filter were pointing in the opposite direction as the old one.

I checked back on pelican just now & noticed that the following filter that "looks" more like my old one is

Part # 911-110-176-00-M14
Description: (Bosch 0 450 905 003), 911 (1974-76)

The part number on printed on my old filter is 0 450 905 016 - not sure if it would match the one just above at pelican.

Basically, it looks like the 2 filters (old/new) are different. New one has the arrow's going away from the cone shaped end and towards the flat end...where my Old filter has the arrows pointing away from the flat end and going towards the cone shaped end...I believe I have the wrong filter, but am a bit puzzled by the description on the pelican website.

Perhaps I have a back dated fuel filter???
