HRE Fuchs
Picked up a set of these HRE with HRE Fuch look alike centers. I called a wheel distributor, said they are no longer made. Anyone come across a set of these?

The lindseys are likely going to be the closest to those. Search "Lindseys"

I am familiar with the Lindsay's. Presently I have BBS outer & inners with Fuch centers painted black. I wanted a Polished set as well, so the HRE's are going to get some shine. I was just wondering if anyone had any additional info on these HRE's, like original cost & popularity.

Ooh, another Hawaii Pelican!

Those are HRE 311s. Accdg to the wheel distributor ads, those are forged.
(I've always wanted a set.) Cheers! Randy |
I have them on my car:
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1183819432.jpg I bought them about 10 years ago. They cost me about $1600 for the set back then, but I bought them through Automotion when they had one of their 10% off sales, so I saved a little. Before HRE quick making them, they were about $750 each. They have been great wheels. |
I think HRE were the first manufacturer to do 17" Fuch centered 3 piece wheels. They were god awful expensive back in the day.
