Thanks Wayne and Pelican!!!!
Ordering some parts, and my Porsche remains out of commission until their reciept (really by my choice). So imagine my happiness when I check my order (on a Sunday, no less):

Geez, Wayne, think you could improve a bit on that !!! Thanks for the great web site, and the great customer service. Brian |

Yup, thanks Wayne and the guys for the excellent service.
I place an order online and Wayne and the guys load it on the banana boat as it heads off down here to the south pacific. Parts in no time and for about 1/2 or 1/3 the price they would cost from the local Porsche dealership. |

Yup, it got to the point that we were so overloaded on Mondays, that we got some people to "volunteer" to work Sundays to get a head start on filling Monday's orders!
As a result, we have far, far better accuracty on ship times for weekend orders. You guys have seen that too, and rewarded us with more orders! -Wayne

Wayne did you ever think about opening a Pelican Parts store in Europe ? We have some online shops but not as nice as yours and they have maybe 10 % of what you offer.
Cheers,

I buy EVERYTHING online since I hate shopping. I was impressed with Pelicans service more than 5 years ago when I first started buying parts online. Last month I ordered some BMW parts from Pelican. The system has become even more efficient. Great business model.

Yep! I buy most of my parts online from Pelican and I even bought an engine last summer from the used parts forum and everything has always arrived very quickly. Thanks again Wayne and crew!!

Since we're having a Love-fest, I'll toss out a big thanks for Wayne and the crew. Being new to the whole P-car thing, it is real nice being able to find the parts and knowledge in one place (at any price).
My 915 was shifting like *****, so I cracked open the 101 Projects, ordered a few parts, and a few hours later, problem solved. +1 for the crew at Pelican...

Despite shipping costs, ridiculous taxes, brokerage costs (even for USPS/Canada Post), it's still cheaper for me to buy parts through Pelican than anywhere locally. The only time I buy locally is when I need something fast, which isn't that often. Phone service has always been excellent, very rarely do I wait on hold for anything more than a few seconds while my call is transferred - this is HUGELY appreciated. Nothing pisses me off more than a company who places so little value on my time that they'll make me wait on hold, because they're too cheap to hire more phone operators.

Wayne,
It is funny that you misspelled the word "accuracy" (you typed: "accuracty") in your posting. We all misspell words from time to time, especially due to incorrect typing. I just think it is funny that the word you "chose" to misspell was accuracy. I trust that you will not take offense from my comments -- I just found it amusing.
