'79 SC Window Problems
 

So the passenger side window in my 79 targa no longer goes up. I can't hear the motor even trying to spin, so either it's dead or not getting power. Any advice on troubleshooting the problem? I'm just not really sure where to start, honestly.

A search is always the best place to start for any question, as usually someone else has had the same problem. There are quite a few threads on this.

You should check your fuses and your wiring. Also, the switches themselves wear out. One common test is to see if one switch works the window but the other doesn't, then swap the switches for a test.

It's usually one of the above. It's not so common that the motor is kaput.
