brake line trouble

I managed to remove 3 calipers using a flare wrench, the 4th (LR) is stuck and I'm afraid I may have worn the nut's corners, I used WD-40 and let is sit overnight, allowing my temper to unwind, I was thinking of using a file to chase the edge, using a sm. vice grip with a flat jaw, and was wondering if I should try to heat the caliper? I worry about heating and flammability, can I freeze the line? Any thoughts?

WD-40 is NOT a penetrating oil.
Get the right stuff, soak it, then use a Vice-Grip.
Some heat is good on the caliper around the nipple, NOT on the nipple.
