Yes..mine is noisy and slow but it works if you're patient...Used it to test the spare and one other time at the track to add a few lbs. of pressure.

Dan,
You could try disassembling the plastic housing and clean the cylinder & piston out with Brakleen while tuning over by hand until the solvent doesn't come out black. Then, let it dry out for an hour or so, turning over a couple of times by hand while it is drying. Apply some engine oil to rod bushing and cylinder, turn over by hand until thoroughly distributed, then hook up power and try the pump. If not completely worn out ... it should be a lot quieter with fresh, clean lubricant!
