2.7 Script - Where exactly does it go?
 

Ok, I know it's on the right side of the grill about center I believe but then again I am not sure so......... does anyone know the exact location for the 2.7 script on the engine grill? For what it matters and I don't think it does it's a 74 Carrera.

I also had the same question about a year ago and I think the bottom of the script plate needs to be on the 6th grill bar from the bottom, centered between the two vertical grill bars on the right . . . . did I confuse you already.

I was going to provide a pic but I can find the add photo feature on this new format.

Mine is located between the 7th and 8th horizontal grill bar form the top. It is located horizontally 2.25 inches (that is the 7 in 2.7) is 2.25 inches from the outer most vertical cross member.
