Brake binding question.....

I rebuilt my front brake calipers since they were binding and they still bind a bit. I am not sure if my driverside was done well or not. I was going to replace the brake hoses but I find out that I have steel braided hoses on my car so my question is even after the rebuild why would they still bind?

I believe one of the problems with braided steel brake lines is that, as they get old and swell/crack internally, they can cause the problems you are having. How old are they?

They may look fine from the outside and still be causing the problem.

Did you replace the pad retaining clips? I think the spring bit which the pad retaining pins slide over helps to release the pads from the discs, so maybe if they're a little old and tired they won't be able to open the calipers sufficiently to release the pads from the discs. I dunno if that's the case, but it might be worth changing them if you haven't already.

The pad spreader springs don't do much.
If the bores were not honed a little, then the piston can still hang up on crud that was not removed. Just replacing the seals does little without cleaning the bore and the pistons. Were the calipers sandblasted to remove rust from the areas the pads touch?
Internal pinching of the flex lines is very common. Best flex lines are the factory original lines, replaced every 15 years or so.
