Need advice on how to get cement off the paint
One of the puddles I drove through recently must have had cement in it, it's now dried in spots on the leading edge of the left rear flare. Fortunately most of it is on the vinyl graphics on the flare, but a bit is on the paint. I'm guessing the paint has a good coat of wax so hardly anything stuck, but still need to clean the paint and the vinyl. Any detail experts have advice?

I have tried a new high-quality rectangular craft blade and was able to remove quite a few wo any damage to paint. In my case, most just popped out one I had the leading edge of the blade barely pushed under the conc chip.

Very simple. I had a cement truck drop gallons of cement in front of my house that splattered on my hood of 2 cars. The solution to clean off was Vinegar. Soak a sponge or rag and let it sit on each spot of cement. It will dissolve the cement. Good luck!

Try lime away if vinegar doesn't work. Use muriatic acid as an absolute last resort.
