replica seats

Is anyone familiar with exoticcarseats.com? They are making replica 1970 S seats, and others, that look terrific. These are presumably constructed by Deser, a Turin-based manufacturer. Any experience out there with this product/organization?

Many thanks!

Many early car guys have those seats. I had a pair of the Nurburgrings in my car and thought they were really good quality seats. If I were to purchase seats like that again, I would buy them from Stefan and GTS Classics: http://www.gts-classics.com/seats.html

many thanks for your comments. I chatted briefly with Stefan who seems like a decent guy, although from what I understood, he is moving manufacturing of his product to the US, from Italy. The company I am referring to appears to be their competition: Deser. I did in fact see the seats that Stefan handles and they were gorgeous, but now that they are no longer being produced in Italy, things seem more complicated...

thanks again!

I got my seats from Exoticcarseats. Made in Deser. Nurburgrings that are more than I expected, got them in less than 4 weeks shipped to my door. No issues from Exotic with supply or time. Fair prices also. I would buy from them again.
