8 Door Hinge Bushings?

Question: Where do all 8 door hinge bushings go?
After I determined that I needed to replace mine (actually, I didn't even see any in my hinges) I looked them up in the Pelican Parts catalog and found them under p/n 901-531-311-20-OEM. It said "8 per car," so I bought eight.
But all of the parts diagrams I have seen show only one bushing in each hinge. So where do the rest go?

Pull the pins and remove the door, they go in the hinge on the door top and bottom, then ream them out to 8mm

Yep, as Craig Said. Also, you will be surprised how much a fully loaded door weighs. :O

btw, 2 doors x 2 hinges/door x 2 bushings/hinge = 8 bushings

I suggest unbolt it all (mark them b4so as to index) you will find that the pins will take some extreme effort to get them out. There is a special tool ... but a hammor and heat works for me.
