Tires (Tyres) available in UK
I am off to the UK next week and will be getting the 911 into a container to ship over.
While I am there I will be going to the Minilte factory for a set of 6x15. My question to any Brit or Euro is: what are the best tyres available in a 205/55/15 in the UK? I don't realy want to go 205/60 (look to tall) or 205/50 (look to small) if I don't have to. Griff. |

I recently drove a lightened '78 SC on track, running 7 and 8x15 Fuchs fitted with Toyo Proxes T1Rs. Nice tyres, no time to play much with pressures but they were predictable at the limit (not that I was there too often) and ultimate grip on a warm track not too bad. I think you can get Pilot Sport Cups in 205/55 15 too. That SC was a wicked car, I gotta get some 15s:
