Targa Rear Window Install
Anyone in the Sacramento/Roseville, California area who has experience installing a Targa rear window who I could hire to give me a hand? I can't put it off any longer! Any references would be really appreciated.

Even the experienced auto glass installers declined taking this job. When I was looking for a shop to re-install my rear glass window, 2 well known auto glass shops did not take the job. Claiming that you needed 2 people to do the job and took too much time to complete the job. They stay away from the job of installing rear window glasses for Corvette and Porsche (Targa). There are guys who will do it but better sure they know what they are doing. I was getting desperate too until a local Porsche dealership recommended to me a small outfit. Go to an established auto body shop and ask for guys that could install Corvette rear windows. It took them almost 2 hours for 2 guys to complete the job. Just my two-cents. Tony |
