Post a WTB (want to buy) on the used parts forum, you'll get a response...

You don't need a rebuilt WUR unless something is seriously broken inside yours. They are pretty simple devices actually once you take one apart.
If you search, you'll find on this board a procedure for making the WUR adjustable, which will pretty much let you dial in your car's cold running characteristics. Check it out and think about how much money you'll save, ianc |
I have a brand new one for a 78-79 SC. I want one for a 77.

thanks for the response guys-- i forgot to say my cars a 77 too.
scott R-- i think the site you just gave me was what i wanted. thanks again |
ianc-- i plan to pull my existing wur & take it apart before i get another one.
thanks |
I have 2 of WUR out of my 77 3.0, that I am not using... one I know is new, and the other one is old, but I think I replaced it for nothing. I don't need these parts, since I upgraded to Bitzracing EFI. Part number is: 438 140 033. Make me an offer on the new one, and get the other one for free :-)
