I see that this dealer in Huston has a lot of nice cars on Ebay. What are their reputation? Any members with experience dealing with them?

Put Victory Motors in this site's search engine and you will find an hour's worth of discussions on them. Some people have had good luck but overall the impression seems to be negative.
