Suggestion on steps to restore Cookie Cutters
 

Hello all-

Just picked up some Cookie Cutters and I want to restore them and not sure of what the sequence to do so would be.

If anyone has been down that road and could lend some experience, that would be great.

I removed the plastic coating on mine with PVC pipe Cleaner and the black paint. They still look like new. I will paint the black back later. No polish , no scrubbing, no nothing . put it on it rolls off.
