Porsche Crest 911s Fasten seat belt and parking brake light wire pictures.

I have a 1977 911s targa and i need a picture of another car that has the same color wires on the fasten seat belt light and parking brake light module. i was changing the bulbs and the wires came out. I can not find the right diag. for this car. see picture attached. If you have the same colors could you please take a picture for me. I would really help me out.

Thanks

I have a 1977s Targa, and would love to help, but you'll need to tell me how to get the module out of the dash. Seems there is quite a bit of resistance, and I don't want to scar up the dash or break the module trying to get it out.

Let me know the trick, and I'll send you a photo.

Thanks for the tip. I couldn't get a good representative picture, so here is the wiring as on my connector:

Pin - Primary wire color/Secondary wire color
1 - Brown
2 - Red
3 - Black
4 - Green
5 - No Wire
6 - Brown/Yellow
7 - Red/Black
8 - Yellow/Green

Due to age in the coloring and my old eyes, these may be off a bit, but should be accurate enough to replace your wires in the proper order.

How long have you had your car?

I've had mine for about 1 year, running for about 6 months. Mine has 52k miles, but evidently a brutally hard prior life.

Glad I could help, would never have gotten my car to where it is without the help of this board.
