Very nice. I too also drove my car home Wednesday. I wanted to take pictures but it was at night so I didn't bother.

Congratulations on the new car!

Thanks for the words guys, hopefully I'll be on the road tomorrow morning after I get some tires. Hopefully the rain gods are kind, I gotta make it to just outside NYC.

I love post like yours because it brings me back to when I first bought my car and how happy I was. Thanks for sharing them. Plenty of open road. A fresh 911 to drive. Doesn't get much better then that. (A supermodel in the passenger seat maybe?) If your passing through Pittsburgh, give a holler!

Beautiful Carrera Samsnead.

And, what a great way to establish ownership of your new car.

Good luck and many happy miles of driving for you!

Nothing like a cross country trip to get to know your car. Congrats - she's a purdy one.

After hours on the highway doesn't it make you want to get off and find some twisties. I love searching out back roads. That radar detector has probably paid for itself. I know mine has.

Nice to buy a Porsche that is ready to go.
