Under dash AC vent hose source?
 

I've looked all over the Pelican catalog, and even in the new parts diagrams and no joy. I finished a major overhaul on my AC today, nice 40 deg vent temps on my stock SC AC system and now I need to close one more hole. There are two little vents on either side of the dash, these connect to the air box with an odd size paper hose, anyone know where I can a replacement? The left side is crumbling away needs to go, cold air on my feet is not exactly where I want it.

I know this sounds crazy but i replaced the hose going to my pass side dash vent on my SC with a section of shop vaccuum replacement hose. Perfect diameter, black ribbed plastic hose, kind of rigid. actually looks somewhat factory. also had nice cold AC blowing into footwells. no more.

one end was a little too tight (end that slips on vent), used a little heat and a pipe expander and snugly slipped it on.

just a thought. I hear the factory ones are very difficult to find.

Circa 2007 bump... Does anyone know what size hose goes to the small dash vents and where to get a replacement?

I ended up buying some 1.5 inch pool pump hose from lowes by the foot for a couple bucks. Worked great.
