Correct Bulbs For Hella H-1's?

I've researched a few of the threads involving H1 headlights and everyone seems involved in lighting up the dark side of the moon. All I wonder is what are the correct bulbs to use in stock H1's. I think the bulb in the lower section is the high beam and a 55W. I'm not sure about the the bulb in the main reflector. Is it also supposed to be 55W?

I think 55w is "stock". I've got 55w in both my upper and lower. That's what was in there when I needed to change a bulb. I think you need some additional relays and wiring to run to 100's efficiently.
