busteif, I did not see the carrera gt yellow or silver where were they parked ? I see the silver one was in the porscheplatz what day was it there. I was there on saturday had much fun and will also post some pictures.

I'm currently in negotiations with the wife for the Laguna Seca race in October so I hope to see them in person. Nice finish at Detroit for Porsche, too bad you couldn't get a picture of Allan McNish with steam coming out of his ears. |

wcc(Bill) and I were there Saturday with his 930. I was going to wear a Pelican sticker in case any others were there but thought it would be silly. Now, I wish I had.
What a great time!! We are already planning for next year. How col was it that Romain Dumas won the race and just a few hours before he was in the Porshceplatz talking to us? Sweet. |

Bill(wcc) had purchased tickets to park in the Porscheplatz on Saturday. We simply signed the waiver and attended the driver meeting. An IMSA official set everything up. The Audis, Corvettes, and Vipers went out as well but at different times. Did you have your car there?
We are planning on attending next year but I'm driving my SC. I rode with Bill which was kind of nice as I could check out the scenery. |
