Under threat of litigation from Joe Cogbill and German Auto Dismantlers (PAP), I have chosen to remove this particular thread from public viewing. The thread contained several negative comments regarding Mr. Cogbill and his company. Whether or not these comments are true is not immediately clear to me, nor it is my desire or responsibility to investigate and/or determine their accuracy. Although recently enacted Federal law affords me virtual blanket immunity from posts created by forum members, it is not my desire to participate someone else's fight. Pelican Parts Inc. is a business and as such, participation in any discussion on this matter on these forums contains no upside potential, but instead contains downside risk. If you have any comments regarding Mr. Cogbill or any of his companies, the management of Pelican Parts requests that you post these discussions elsewhere on the Internet.
