Too damn hot for my taste

I fixed my tail from rattling around, took the car out for a spin. Normal temps on the car I have seen anywhere from 210 to 220...

Tonight the guage was around the 230 to 240 range, its a little hot tonight but I dont think thats what would cause it?

Somebody (GF) left the key in the car on with the fuel pump running a week ago for about an hour, but driving it around the temps seemed normal..

I have plans on putting a Euro cooler soon so I wont worry about the hot temps here in Arizona.

Wht do you think would cause these temps to suddenly jump 10 to 20 degrees? Druck was fine through out the rpms
