Porsche/exotic car storage- Los Angeles area??

Somewhat off topic here, but we have found a possible facility to move into. But its too big. So the idea came with storing people's cars in a secure partitioned section. Located in the Van Nuys area near the airport / freeway, access is very good. If you are flying in to the Los Angeles area, it is less than 1 minute away from the Van Nuys bus terminal to LAX

A big plus for all is that we can verify battery conditions, tire pressures, scheduled start up/ warm up, and of course- maintainance if needed. We could have space for as many as 12 cars with a projected rate of $200 per car/ month

The east runway is located less than 1500 ft from this property, so I doubt you could land a helicopter there. But its a short walk from the airport facilities on the east side
