Fuel hose diameters
Does any one know the ID of the fuel hose that runs from the rear of the fuel tank, by the drain, to the hardline that runs through the cabin of a '73 911?
This line snakes around the steering rack. Mine is weeping and in need or replacement, there are several sizes listed on our host's site. Thanks Jon

Jon,
The supply line to the pump is 9 mm ID, the return line is 7 mm ID.

Thanks warren\.
To confirm, this is the "rubber" line at 9 mm ID? Not the hard line through the cabin. Jon

Yes, the rubber supply line to the tunnel line, and from the tunnel line to the pump above torsion bar tube are both 9 mm ID.

Jon,
Get some good fuel line clamps from McMaster-Carr and use them when you replace the lines. Don't reuse the old clamps!
