Low idle when cold(Webers)

I have a stock 75 2.7 with Weber IDA's and SSI's and early style exhaust, the idle is very low when cold 600rpm or so ,the idle does clear up to around 950 or 1000 when warmed up.Should I adjust the idle up or is this a normal situation.I am running the stock bosche cdi and coil and points. All the plugs, cap, rotor and points are new.The spark plug wires have about 5000 miles on them.Thanks..SmileWavyhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1190392991.jpg

Sounds normal. My engine does that too. The earlier 911s (w/factory carbs) have a manual throttle lever acting on the throttle cable next as part of the parking brake assy. Installation should be compatible with your setup which didn't have/need this feature (CIS).

Fuel doesn't atomize as well when the manifolds, carbs and intake air are cold.
