Shocks
Not to be a dink..but..
Shocks help the up AND the down of the suspension.. i have read many debates.. i have a real world test that i did.. bad shocks.. the car bounced around in the rear.. I only changed the shocks..and it doesnt go down at all as easily and goes up very stable.
