				A Little Rust Repair.....

The forward corner of the doors are always prone to rust spots due to their construction. Here is a little pictorial of a repair I did Sunday. Also want to tout the Harris Corp "24 guage" welding wire. It is a metal powder core, but not flux wire, and specifically for sheet metal. Lays down real nice. Took me about 60 minutes to strip the 8 layers of paint off the door with a Makita grinder w/ 8 inch 80 grit sanding disk. . Then used my dremel and welder. See black dot in upper left of first picture. That is the rust spot I cut out

Yes, it appears there was. I used PickleX to treat rust.
