Floor board bolt broke
While removing my drivers side floor board the bolt that holds it on broke. I thought I could just remove it and put in a new one but I can't seem to get it out. Any suggestions?

floor board bolt
The bolt is passed trough the floor board and the head is welded to floor board. You have to grind the head off on outside and insert a new bolt with a nut inside.

My bolt head (Allen) is stripped. Anybody have the full specs of this seat rail bolt ('89)?
