Popping out of First gear.
!985 911- Transmission is popping out of first gear. I had an chance to drive this car for a weekend and noticed that the clutch is very stiff and all the way to the top of the pedal. now the trans is popping out of first gear. the car has 65,000 miles on it. WE planned to put a clutch in the car over the winter. Can you help with the first gear pop out problem while the engine/trans is out?
